UGH I HATE WORKING ON MY THESIS.

Seriously, when I'm working on it, I feel stupid and have no clue what I'm doing. When I'm not working on it, I feel guilty that I'm not.

I hate cramps.

Balanced, Secure, and Realistic.

Impressionism is a movement in French painting, sometimes called optical realism because of its almost scientific interest in the actual visual experience and effect of light and movement on appearance of objects. Impressionist paintings are balanced, use colored shadows, use pure color, broken brushstrokes, thick paint, and scenes from everyday life or nature.

People that like Impressionist paintings may not alway be what is deemed socially acceptable. They tend to move on their own path without always worrying that it may be offensive to others. They value friendships but because they also value honesty tend to have a few really good friends. They do not, however, like people that are rude and do not appreciate the ideas of others. They are secure enough in themselves that they can listen to the ideas of other people without it affecting their own final decisions. The world for them is not black and white but more in shades of grey and muted colors. They like things to be aestically pleasing, not stark and sharp. There are many ways to view things, and the impresssionist personality views the world from many different aspects. They enjoy life and try to keep a realistic viewpoint of things, but are not very open to new experiences. If they are content in their live they will be more than likely pleased to keep things just the way they are.

What's the last thing you ate?
I had some leftover veggies (tomato, green bell pepper and cauliflower) heated on a pan, a portebello mushroom and piece of lamb--- yeah I have no clue what part of the lamb. (Seriously, I've never eaten more than I do now that I'm on a diet. WTH?)

What's your favorite cheese? I LOVE CHEESE. Um. Honestly, I can't choose.

What's your favorite fish? Probably salmon. I really love salmon.

What's your favorite fruit? golden kiwis.

When, if ever, did you start liking olives? I don't. I *love* olive oil. But I hate olives.

When, if ever, did you start liking beer? Uh, the day I graduated high school? There's a tradition here, where you drive around on the back of a truck, and you go to every person's house and meet their parents and have food and get another few cases of beer thrown on the truck, and that's all there was. No fancy drinks, just beer. (I had 14 beers that day. (I can't believe I still remember that.))

When, if ever, did you start liking shellfish? I still don't particularly like shrimp, but everything else I've always liked, I think. Well, crab I can't eat too much off, the meat is so sweet.

What was the best thing your parent/s used to make? Both my parents are really good cooks. (They're not trained or anything, but they owned an inn, and later they co-owned a restaurant with my (maternal) grandma who was.) But if I'd have to pick, I'd pick the same thing I always ask my mom to make for my birthday: Her chicken with gravy and cucumber salad. mmmmmmm.

What's the native specialty of your home town? Hmm. I don't know if Copenhagen has any, but for Denmark I'd have to say Rødgrød med fløde (my grandma made it with rhubarb, yum.) and 'Smørrebrød' the 'open sandwich'.

How do you like your burger? Well done, bacon, cheese EXTRA ONION.

How do you like your eggs? the perfect soft-boiled egg. I'm still trying to master it.

How do you like your potatoes? Ugh, I love potatoes. Right now I'm obsessed with making my own french fries with lemon pepper. YUM. ... this meme is making me hungry. (But I had some of those fries today, so it's all good.)

How do you take your coffee? I do love sweet, foamy coffees with caramel in them, but I also love a hot, bitter cup of coffee when it's super early and really late. Really, I take my coffee in whatever shape it comes in.

How do you take your tea? Ridiculously sweet.

What's your favorite mug? This Santa mug Daniela gave all us girls before we left WAC. So much sentimental value. (Thanks mom for fixing it!)

What's your ideal breakfast? All out? Bacon and brie, hashbrowns, soft bread American pancakes and fresh fruit. MMM.

What's your ideal sandwich? BLT or club, I guess.

Ahahaha, oh and honorary mention: That diner in new jersey en route to see JC.
