Weight-loss/work-out filter

I have made myself a promise/challenge: I want to lose 10 kgs (about 22 pounds, I think?) by the time I hand in my dissertation. Weight has been an issue ever since my year in the States, and I've really packed it on during the past 6 months, aka dissertation time. Also, I have been whining about my weight off and on for a while now, and it makes *me* annoyed, so now I'm doing something about it. I'm eating better, and working out, and I have already seen small results.
So I kind of need a place to write down/track my weight-loss progress and my (hopefully) daily work-out. I'm also hoping that it will motivate (read: make me ashamed if I don't do it daily) me to keep going.
Now, there'll be daily posts, and I don't want to spam people with something this boring, so raise of hands:
