This is pretty true. (except for the American Identity part) Non-Americans usually think I'm American, most Americans can't figure out where I 'come from' but think that I am American - if people can hear I'm not American, they usually think I'm Canadian. Of course, Canadians always laugh when I tell them this. Someone once called my accent the CNN accent.

I know, but I guess I can see why that would be, I think that's the area where Finns moved a lot, sort of like Minnesota.
